NAP for NetSuite · SuiteCloud-native
The AI-native implementation layer for NetSuite.
The capability of a NetSuite systems integrator and the repeatability of an ISV, delivered as software. Discovery, migration, configuration, remediation, testing and evidence — productized, not staffed.
The position
Three partner roles, collapsed into one software-led model.
Train on NAP, get certified, and take NetSuite connector and migration work as your own business. You bring the client. The platform brings twenty years of implementation capability, already encoded.
The systems integrator
Implements, migrates, configures, supports.
Deep capability. Starts from zero every time, and the knowledge leaves with the team.
No repeatability
The ISV
Builds software around NetSuite.
Repeatable and licensed. Moves data between systems. Does not migrate a ledger or stand up a chart of accounts.
No implementation
The SDN partner
Packages and distributes native extensions.
SuiteApp distribution into the whole install base. A fixed product, and the customer adapts to it.
Fixed scope
collapsed into
NAP
The AI-native NetSuite delivery layer.
Implementation capability encoded so it runs again, packaged natively, and distributed through the channel. It adapts to the customer's actual estate rather than asking the estate to adapt to a fixed product.

The AI-native model
Software executes. People govern.
How the work becomes software
An SI scales by adding people.
We scale by encoding the work.
Roughly sixty per cent of a NetSuite implementation is repeatable execution. This is how that sixty per cent stops being a project and becomes a product.
01
Services insight
A real delivery problem gets solved on a live engagement, by people who have done it before.
02
Reusable blueprint
The repeatable parts are separated from the judgment and encoded as a pattern.
03
Productized workflow
The repeatable parts are separated from the judgment and encoded as a pattern.
04
Native artifact
It becomes a SuiteApp, a connector, or a migration package that runs on the platform.
05
Partner distribution
SIs, consulting firms and customers reuse it at scale under their own brand.
06
Compounding knowledge
Every exception resolved anywhere improves the next engagement everywhere.
What we do on NetSuite
Four things. All of them as software.
Implementation, connectors, migration, and AI readiness. The first three are standard provider services. The fourth is still an open gap.
01
NetSuite implementation
New deployments and remplementations.
02
Connector build
Anything that has to talk to NetSuite.
03
Data migration into NetSuite
QuickBooks, Dynamics, Sage, or anything else.
04
AI and MCP readiness
The part nobody else offers.
See the Assessment
AI readiness · the SuiteApp
8020N. An assessment the customer installs themselves.
NetSuite is changing how integrations authenticate, while AI Connectors add new access. 8020N shows administrators what’s connected—from inside NetSuite.
The SuiteApp
Installed in the account. Read from the account.
A lightweight SuiteApp that observes the integration estate, identifies the authentication patterns that need to change, turns that into migration work, and verifies the replacement path is actually in use.
01
Assessment
The customer installs one lightweight SuiteApp and runs it against their own account.
02
Clear finding
What needs attention, with the evidence from the account behind it — not an assertion.
03
Remediation
Their NetSuite partner, another SI, or us. The work flows to whoever holds the relationship.
04
Verified outcome
Proved from the account, not from a status report. The replacement path is in use or it is not.
The work flows to the ecosystem. The assessment produces a finding. The remediation goes to whoever holds the relationship — their partner, another SI, or us.
  • Which integrations are actually active, and how they authenticate
  • Which authentication patterns are retiring and will break
  • Which business processes depend on those integrations
  • Whether the account is ready for a specific AI workload
  • What least-privilege role that workload should use
  • Per-source coverage, shown before any headline result
The part nobody in the channel offers
What the readiness
assessment actually reads.
NetSuite has shipped the AI layer. The AI Connector Service is live and it speaks MCP, which means any client can point Claude or ChatGPT at their account today. What most of them find is that the account underneath is not in a state where that returns anything a controller can act on.
AI readiness
Is the instance clean enough for agents?
An agent reading a NetSuite account inherits every undocumented assumption in it. Custom segments that were never mapped. Saved searches doing work the schema should be doing. SuiteScript firing on conditions nobody remembers setting.
  • Data model integrity and custom-field sprawl
  • Workflow and approval-matrix drift
  • Multi-entity and intercompany structure
  • SuiteScript inventory and technical debt
MCP readiness
Will the connector actually return the right answer?
The endpoint is the easy part. What decides whether an agent is trustworthy is the role boundary it runs under, the concurrency it competes for, and whether the data it reads means what it appears to mean.
  • Role scoping and the access boundary an agent inherits
  • Concurrency contention across SuiteTalk, REST, RESTlets and scheduled scripts
  • Which questions the account can answer correctly today, and which it cannot
  • A remediation plan, ordered by what unlocks the most
Agent interoperability
Your agents already exist.
Let them talk to ours.
NAP Connect is an MCP server. Anything that speaks MCP can reach it directly — no SDK to adopt, no platform to migrate onto, no rebuild of the agents your team already runs.
What we replace
Middleware in the data path
An integration platform licence sitting permanently between a client and their own ledger, renewing every year whether the connector changed or not. That layer goes.
What we welcome
Their agents, asking questions
A Boomi or Celigo agent calling NAP for an environment read or a gate result is not middleware. It is a client, and it is welcome. We are replacing a licence, not a company.
Advisory partners
You bring the judgment. We bring the delivery capability.
Three practices that advise on finance and hit the same wall: the recommendation is right, and implementing it needs a bench nobody has. NAP is that bench, as software, under your name.
For private equity
Portfolio companies on five different stacks.
You own the value creation plan and the operating partners. What slows it down is that every portfolio company runs a different finance stack, and normalising them has always meant a programme per company.
NAP runs the migration and connector work across the portfolio as software, so stack normalisation stops being a sequence of projects and becomes something you do in parallel.
  • Post-acquisition integration onto a single NetSuite instance
  • Carve-outs, with the separated entity gated at $0.00 before day one
  • Portfolio-wide reporting on a common chart of accounts
  • Diligence-grade read of a target's actual finance estate before you sign
You keep the thesis · NAP runs the execution
For fractional CFOs
You hold the client. You have no bench.
You are the finance leader for six companies and none of them can fund a NetSuite programme. Today that means turning down the work, or handing it to a partner who then owns the relationship.
NAP gives you delivery capability without hiring. You quote the migration, we run it underneath, and the client stays yours throughout.
  • QuickBooks to NetSuite for a client who has outgrown it
  • Connector builds you could not previously offer
  • AI readiness so you can answer the question before the board asks it
  • Delivered under your name, invisible to the client if you prefer
You keep the client · NAP runs the build
For technical accountants
Advisory that ends at the system boundary.
You advise on revenue recognition, consolidation and technical accounting. The recommendation is sound, and then it hits a system that cannot implement it without a project nobody has budgeted.
NAP turns the recommendation into a configured system. The ASC 606 treatment you designed gets built, tested against real payloads, and proven before it posts.
  • Revenue recognition schedules configured to the policy you wrote
  • Multi-entity consolidation and elimination rules restated properly
  • Historical restatement without breaking the first close
  • Evidence packet your audit team can open
You keep the opinion · NAP makes it run
The usual model
An accounting bench
NetSuite partners support advisory firms by supplying accountants — bookkeepers through fractional controllers. It works, and it scales the way people scale, which is linearly and expensively.
What we supply
A delivery platform
We do not send you accountants. We give you the migration, connector and readiness capability that normally requires a systems integrator, running as software underneath whatever you already do.
Who we partner with
You keep the client.
We compress the build.
Three different practices, one shape: the relationship, the transformation programme and the rate stay yours. NAP is the delivery layer underneath.
Consulting firms
Leverage, not another subcontractor.
You own the client relationship and the transformation programme. NAP gives your team an AI-native delivery layer underneath it — discovery, migration artifacts, remediation, testing and evidence — so the same senior people deliver more NetSuite work.
You keep
  • Client ownership
  • Programme design
  • Operating model
  • Controls and change management
NAP takes
  • Environment discovery
  • Migration mechanics
  • Connector rebuild
  • Validation and evidence
You own the transformation. NAP productizes the execution.
NetSuite solution providers and VARs
Keep the client. Keep the SOW.
NAP does not replace the solutions provider — it makes one deliver like ten. Billable hours move from configuration to strategy. Delivered under your name, invisible to the customer if that is how you want it.
Use NAP to compress the technical work, not the relationship.
Vertical AI companies and ISVs
Reach every NetSuite customer.
You built AP, AR, tax or close automation. You did not build the NetSuite connector, the migration, or the production-support layer. Plug into NAP once and reach every NetSuite customer through the SuiteApp.
One integration instead of a connector roadmap you never wanted.
For developers and small practices
Or build your own practice on NAP.
Train, get certified, and take NetSuite connector and migration work as your own business. Two tracks, two weeks each.
